Lets Take a look at our Services

We offer support for women with mental health needs including psychosis, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, depression and trauma and eligible for section 117 after care.

Our evidence based framework is a planned pathway to increase independence, manage their own mental, physical health and well being, recovery, continuing health and social care in the community, support and progression to sustain their own tenancies.  We have two homes in the Wolverhampton Area which accommodate eight women in total. Each home is newly decorated, well equipped and the resources are continually reviewed and expanded to maintain a high standard. Each persons’ room is thoughtfully decorated and furnished and this includes a wardrobe, chest of draws, bed and an easy chair.

There is a communal bathroom and  fully equipped communal kitchen; each cupboard is fitted with a lock for personal safe-keeping of goods. There is a dining table providing a comfortable environment for that important interaction around mealtimes. We have a main lounge for relaxing and watching TV/DVDs/ Videos. The staff have a separate office to enable them to provide a homely environment for our customers.

Our service bridges the gap between inpatient and community care. Providing personal and tailored support for customers before returning to independent living.

The service accepts mental health clients who are preparing for discharge from an inpatient unit, as a transitional service to support them as they prepare to return to living in the community (step down). We are proud to have created an environment which is as family-like as possible, which promotes rehabilitation, building relationships and community integration. The service provides 4 beds in an open, home-like environment, with 24 hour staffing, including clinical support. Each individual will have their personal key worker to support them.

Our Services

01Planned Pathway To a More Independent Living

Coming home from hospital should be a seamless process and individuals understand the continuation of their care. We facilitate the transfer of an individual from hospital to our homes which start before planned admission. We co-ordinate all stages of the customer journey.

02 Personal Care

We provide person-centred, responsive and flexible personal care and help with domestic tasks, attending appointments and enjoying leisure activities.

03Accelerated Treatment Provision

Therapeutic, emotional and behavioural support and intervention, provided by our therapists created to restore independence and reduce disability.

04 Prevent Crisis Escalation

We understand that escalating behaviour problems that build to a crisis may be to communicate a need and that something is wrong. Our aim is to identify the underlying behaviour to prevent and manage these problems.

05Supported Co-Living

We have two shared houses which support eight women in Wolverhampton. We offer support ranging from medium to high intensive, 24/7 support as well as respite.
